Harbour Street Coffee

A café site that sells the first coffee before you walk in.

The problem

An independent café with a loyal morning crowd and no way to show newcomers what they were missing.

Most people find a café on their phone, standing on the pavement. The old site was a PDF menu and a map that didn't load. People walked past.

What we did

  1. 01

We led with the owner, the counter and today's bake, shot in morning light.

  2. 02

The menu became a live page the team can update from their phone in a minute.

  3. 03

Opening hours, directions and the order-ahead button sit in the first screen.

Before and after

Drag to see the difference.

The “before” is a typical small-business site, built for this concept. The “after” is ours.

The outcome

A site that loads in under two seconds on 4G and answers the three questions people actually ask: are you open, where are you, what's good.
