Four steps, about four weeks. You always know what's happening, what we need from you, and when it'll be done.

The four steps

  1. Day 101 / 04

    Call

    A free 30-minute call. You tell us about your business, your customers and what's not working.

    • We ask about the people who buy from you, what they ask on the phone, and what you'd like more of.
    • You leave with a clear plan, a fixed price and a launch date. No obligation.
  2. Week 1–202 / 04

    Design

    We write the words and design every page, phone first. You see real designs, not sketches.

    • We share clickable designs for phone and desktop in the first week.
    • You get two rounds of changes. Most owners need one.
  3. Week 2–403 / 04

    Build

    We build it fast and properly: bookings, forms, SEO and an editor you can use.

    • You get a private preview link to try on your own phone.
    • We set up hosting, your Google profile and anything the site needs to plug into.
  4. Launch day04 / 04

    Launch

    Your site goes live. We check everything, show you the editor and stay on hand.

    • We handle the domain, redirects from your old site and a final speed check.
    • Then we keep an eye on it for 30 days, or for as long as you're on a care plan.
