A flower shop filled with buckets of fresh flowers
Concept projectRetail

Bloom & Stem

A florist's window, open all night.

The problem

A neighbourhood florist taking orders by phone and Instagram DM, and losing track of both.

Flowers are an impulse buy with a deadline. People wanted to order at 11pm for a morning delivery, and there was nowhere to do it.

What we did

  1. 01

A short, seasonal shop: six bouquets a week, each photographed on the counter.

  2. 02

Delivery slots shown up front, with a clear cut-off time for same-day orders.

  3. 03

A card message field that works on a phone keyboard, not against it.

Before and after

Drag to see the difference.

The “before” is a typical small-business site, built for this concept. The “after” is ours.

Bloom & StemMenu

BeforeAfter

The outcome

An online shop small enough for one florist to run, with orders arriving in one place instead of four.

Harbour Street Coffee

An independent café with a loyal morning crowd and no way to show newcomers what they were missing.
